Internship at Bureau Moeilijke Dingen

During my internship, I gained knowledge about the day-to-day operations of office life and learned a great deal about the complexities of working in a corporation like project management, planning, and budgeting. I was invited to meetings about the future of the company and the planning of new projects. Joining those meetings and being able to ask questions have taught me many terms that will often be used in the business world like FTE and hour ratio. Also, personal conversations have taught me how to build the right kind of portfolio for specific jobs and how to estimate how much I should charge as a designer.

I also learned how to work with React.js, Blender and Fusion360. During my project for Careebo, I worked a lot with Fusion360 to create a screen holder. I did a lot of printing and iterating to get to the final result. I even got so much into printing that I decided to buy my own 3D printer. I made an animation for the same project in Blender.
